We are constantly analyzing our products, vendors, and our company to ensure we serve people in an honorable way. We believe one of the most important steps to providing great services is to employ knowledgeable, caring, and trustworthy individuals. Our employees have either a technical or wellness background. Each Exercise Essentials' employee goes through extensive specialized training immediately after the hiring process. Many of our manufacturers offer week-long service schools to equip service technicians with the tools needed to effectively diagnose and repair the products we represent. Also, our sales team will go through similar training but more with product design and features in-mind. All of this is done to better prepare our technicians and sales teams for one thing------to better serve you.
